When you use our client portal or engage our services, we collect:

Information you provide:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your business name, description, and contact details
• Business hours, services, and other operational information
• Uploaded files (logos, photos, brochures, documents)
• Names and URLs of competitor or reference businesses
• Customer testimonials or reviews you provide
• Your domain name and hosting preferences

Information collected automatically:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use our portal or website

We do not collect:

• Payment card details , payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card information
• Health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Build, host, and maintain your website
• Communicate with you about your project (updates, revisions, approvals)
• Provide ongoing hosting and support services
• Manage your account in our client portal
• Improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store your information

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure:

• Client portal data (your intake responses, account details): Cloudflare D1 database
• Uploaded files (logos, photos, documents): Cloudflare R2 object storage
• Your website files: Cloudflare Pages

Cloudflare stores data in data centres globally and its security practices are industry-standard. For more on Cloudflare's data handling, see cloudflare.com/trust.

How long we keep your information

• Active clients: We retain your data for as long as you are a client and your website is live.
• After you leave: Your data is retained for 30 days after your service ends, to allow for reactivation or data export if requested. After 30 days, your intake data, uploaded files, and portal account are permanently deleted.
• Website files: A copy of your final website files (static HTML) is retained for 90 days after service ends, available on request for export.
• Cold leads: If you complete the intake form but do not proceed with a build, your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your data (subject to any legal retention requirements)
• Export your data (we will provide your intake responses and uploaded files in a usable format)

Cookies and analytics

Our client portal and website may use:

• Essential cookies for authentication and session management
• Web analytics (privacy-focused, no personal identification) to understand how our site is used

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

• Cloudflare , hosting, database, storage, DNS (see Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
• Resend , transactional emails (magic links, confirmations)

These services have access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the client portal. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
