Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED , 22 JULY 2026

The short version

We build and host websites for WA small businesses. You pay us, we deliver. These terms set out how that works. Plain English throughout , if anything is unclear, ask before you sign up.

What we provide

Your responsibilities

Timeline

We aim to have a first draft live within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief and deposit. The clock starts when we have what we need from you , delays in supplying content or feedback extend the timeline accordingly. 48 hours is a target, not a guarantee; complex scopes will be quoted with their own timeline.

Revisions

Your build includes a reasonable number of revision rounds (we're not counting commas , genuine changes). Revisions are tweaks to the agreed brief, not a new brief. If you change direction significantly after the build starts, we'll quote the additional work before proceeding.

Payment

Ownership

We never hold your site hostage. If you leave, you get your files.

What we don't promise

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Ending the relationship

Either of us can end ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. On exit, we'll provide your website files and export your portal data on request (see our Privacy Policy for retention details).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
